Oliver Ciano, Director

Oliver joined Geodetica after a successful 20-year career with the Department of Defence, comprising a decade in engineering and a decade in program and project management. He has led several high profile and technical Defence projects as an Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Program Manager.

With extensive experience working with diverse stakeholders – from technical teams to senior executives – Oliver is passionate about fostering positive relationships and charting a path that maximises value for all involved. He excels in project governance and risk management, earning a solid reputation for his insightful ability to identify and resolve potential issues before they arise.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Oliver watching and playing football, doing DIY projects around the house, and spending time with his family.
