Luke’s impressive career in the Defence and National Security sector spans more than 20 years and has seen him work locally and internationally. He has a Masters in Engineering Management, and extensive experience in engineering and project management for the Royal Australian Navy.

Luke started his career in uniform, specialising in the maintenance and management of communication and electronic systems. He later transitioned to consulting, where he focuses on seaworthiness assurance, maritime sustainment and capability acquisition. Luke is passionate about leading through transparency, knowledge-sharing, and inspiring a positive culture to achieve the best results for clients.

When he’s not working, he spends as much time as he can at the beach with his family or playing golf.
