Erika Prior, Operations Manager

After more than a decade owning and operating some of Canberra’s busiest Subway locations, Erika decided to transfer her years of business development, organisational and management skills to the consulting sector.

She has since gone on to support a variety of large-scale projects, such as AIR6500 with Air Force and AF2021 where she managed the budget of Air Force’s 100-year celebration (Centenary Day fly over Lake Burley Griffin). Erika enjoys working in teams where diverse skillsets and activities unite to achieve a single goal. A committed volunteer outside of work, she is passionate about facilitating charity events that have a strong impact and build team culture.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Erika in the dojo (karate), spending time with family, or catching a movie with her kids.
